After what police officers are claiming was a two-hour pursuit, a man was recently arrested. The Nebraska officers have accused the man of committing numerous offenses, including theft crimes. However, in order for any of these charges to be upheld in court, the burden of proof lies on the prosecution. On June 17, officers in Bellevue claim that they spotted a vehicle that had been reported stolen the day before.
